General Rental Conditions for the Tourist Apartment
1. Introduction
These general rental conditions govern the rental of the apartment located at Via Centrale 8, Agalma Brunico, by Sergio Hector Bertoldi
2. Booking and Payment
Booking: Bookings must be made through authorized platforms. A written confirmation will be sent to the guests.
Payment: A deposit of 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
3. Rental Period
Check-in Time: 15:00
Check-out Time: by 10:30
4. Use of the Apartment
Occupancy: The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. Additional guests must be approved by the owner.
Use: The apartment is to be used exclusively for tourist purposes. Organizing parties or events without the owner's permission is prohibited.
Pets: Pets are not allowed. If allowed, a written agreement is required, and additional costs may apply.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Cleaning: The apartment will be cleaned and prepared before the guests' arrival. Guests are required to maintain the apartment in good condition during their stay.
Maintenance: Guests must immediately inform the owner of any damage or malfunction.
6. Liability and Limitations
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment and its contents.
Personal Belongings: The owner is not responsible for the loss or theft of guests' personal belongings.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Guests: Cancellations must be made with at least 60 days' notice to receive a full refund. For late cancellations, the payment made is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Owner: The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund to the guests.
8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law: These conditions are governed by Italian law.
